September Survey Results

A word from First Choice Dental Lab CEO, Matt Cushing:

At First Choice, we utilize a survey program to help us track direct feedback from our customers.

For the month of September, we’re excited to announce that our average score was 4.5 out of 5, with 84% of those scores rating a 4.0 or higher.

Even further, 50% of our cases “dropped right in” with zero adjusting time, while 71% of our cases required 5 minutes or less of adjusting time.

To top it off, a full 91% of delivered cases needed less than 10 minutes of adjustment.

Our program uses quality feedback cards in which doctors rate our cases on a scale of 1-5 for overall quality and specific case attributes, as well as minutes of adjusting time – if any were required.

Our team reviews the feedback as it is reported to us, so they can make adjustments to each doctor’s cases that may be in the lab, before they are shipped.

The goal of this program is to align our dentists’ expectations with our team’s performance, while giving us the tools to provide continuous improvement for our doctors and their patients.­
