Role (overview of this position):
- Responsible for daily finishing of all ceramic and porcelain veneered restorations. Achieves goals and objectives by producing consistent and quality work, maintaining company SOPs, and functioning as part of our technical team.
Responsibilities (tasks associated with this role):
- Stain and glazing zirconia restorations
- Layering porcelain for PFZ and PFM restorations
- Porcelain repairs and adjustments
- Checking and refining anatomy and contours of restorations
- Custom shade taking from in lab visits
- Opaquing PFM crowns
- Keeping work areas clean and tools stored properly
- Completing minor equipment maintenance, especially on equipment utilized personally
Results (expected accomplishments):
- Timely completion of case work
- Productivity targets met regularly
- Case survey and results scores at or above the lab standard
- Helping the technical team meet its goals
